Reservations & Booking

All reservations for dog boarding and daycare must be made through our online booking system. A reservation is not confirmed until payment and required information are received. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all reservations.

Vaccinations & Health

All dogs must be up to date on required vaccinations prior to their stay. Dogs must be in good health, free of contagious illness, and able to safely participate in a cage-free environment.

Temperament & Safety

Riverside Stay & Play is a cage-free, family-style facility. Dogs must be non-aggressive toward people and other dogs. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue care if a dog poses a safety risk.

Emergency Care

In the event of illness or injury, Riverside Stay & Play is authorized to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense. Every effort will be made to contact the owner or emergency contact.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Drop-off and pick-up times must be scheduled in advance. Late pick-ups may incur additional charges.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start date will forfeit the deposit.

No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations

No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Early Pick-Up

Early pick-ups do not qualify for a refund.

Date Changes

One date change may be allowed without penalty if requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
